As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a smaller local team in our 6 Star Auckland office. As part of a broader IT team across ANZ, you will be instrumental in supporting the broader business with your exceptional IT expertise and continuous improvement of our service levels.

What will your day look like?

  • Let’s face, being in IT you know what your day looks like – it’s problem solving, supporting users and meeting SLA’s. Let’s talk about the fun stuff:
  • Coach and develop the Service Desk team to maximize service quality
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Deliver a high level of IT Operations and Service Desk support as the first point of contact for the end users.
What about you?

You are an exceptional communicator with strong technical skills. You have started your career within a help desk environment where working with people face to face and over the phone has been critical to your success. You will have strong people leadership skills, this is crucial to the role and something that for us is non-negotiable.

You will also need:

  • Proven experience in resolving Level 1/2/3 support issues
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop applications
  • Ability to install and configure IT Hardware
  • Strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills
  • Relevant ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation)
