  • Introducing the role of Engineering Store Person – an ideal position for individuals who can work under pressure and deliver excellent customer service to a busy marine and vehicle Asset Management team.
  • Your expertise will be pivotal in meticulously coordinating engineering inventory and optimising ordering, receipt, storage, and delivery processes. You’ll also support our wider supply team operations (which will get you out and about in our amazing backyard). Your technical know-how coupled with stock management and communication skills will ensure that our warehouse operations run seamlessly and efficiently.

Who do we need for this role?

  • Mechanical knowledge – 4+ years automotive or marine trade experience (or transferrable skills).
  • Class 1 driver’s license (with forklift endorsement).
  • Experience with manual handling.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • You’ll exhibit high qualities of customer service taking pride in providing a high level of service to internal customers.
  • Clear communicator, developing strong relationships with a network of suppliers and the asset management team.
  • An active listener and collaborator, who can process technical information and use it to improve processes and service levels.
  • Proactive, always seeking continuous improvement and removing barriers to solve problems.
  • Highly organised and able to manage time effectively.
  • Logical thinker.
  • Able to work in a time critical, safety critical environment.
