We’re seeking a talented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis (30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). As the heartbeat of our office, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our creative endeavors and ensuring the seamless operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office logistics, including answering inquiries, organizing appointments, and maintaining office supplies, to keep our team focused on delivering exceptional results.
  • Assist with financial administration tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense management
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers to source the highest quality materials and furnishings for our projects
  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to social media content creation and engaging with our online community, showcasing our passion for design and attracting new clients.
  • Provide administrative support to our creative director and team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where creativity can flourish.


  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero, enabling efficient task execution and data management.
