Sales Target Achievement:

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry
  • developments.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market conditions.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sales inquiries or
  • concerns.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
